How it works

An aging report classifies your open customer invoices according to how long they are past their due date. For each bucket, this tool calculates the amount and its share of the total, then derives a weighted average age and the share of receivables considered at risk (more than 60 days overdue).

How should I use the results?

A high overdue total or a large share of receivables older than 60 days signals an increased risk of non-payment and a need for priority collection follow-up. The weighted average age gives a concise view of the overall health of your accounts receivable: the lower it is, the faster your payments are collected.

Where do the amounts to enter come from?

Pull the details of your open (not yet collected) invoices from your accounting or invoicing software, totaling the remaining amounts due by how overdue they are past their due date. This tool provides a simplified estimate for internal monitoring and does not replace the advice of an accountant or financial expert for accounts receivable management decisions.

The calculation runs entirely in your browser: no amounts you enter are transmitted to a server.
