Build an HTTP Request (API Request Builder)

Visually build an HTTP request: method, URL, query parameters, headers and body. The tool generates the final URL along with the equivalent cURL and JavaScript (fetch) code, without making any uncontrolled network call.

Example:

How it works

Enter the HTTP method and base URL, add as many query parameters and headers as needed, then a body if the method allows it. The tool builds the final URL (parameters encoded and appended after a ?) and automatically generates the equivalent cURL and JavaScript (fetch) code, ready to copy into a terminal or script.

Why might the "Test" button fail?

The test sends a real fetch request from your browser to the specified URL. If the target server does not explicitly allow cross-origin requests (CORS headers), the browser blocks the response for security reasons—this is standard behavior in all browsers, not a limitation of this tool. In that case, use the generated cURL command from a terminal instead.

Does this tool make requests to any server by default?

No: by default, the tool makes no network calls at all. It only generates text (URL, cURL, fetch). A request is sent only if you explicitly click "Test request from browser".

URL and code generation happens entirely in your browser; no data you enter is sent to our servers.
