Blood Pressure Log Tracker
Record your blood pressure readings (systolic/diastolic) over time, see their category according to reference thresholds, and track the average of your measurements. No data is sent to a server.
How It Works
Each reading you add is classified according to thresholds commonly used by scientific societies (WHO, European Society of Cardiology) based on your systolic and diastolic values. The table keeps your measurement history and calculates an average, so you can spot a trend rather than react to a single one-off reading, which is often influenced by stress or the time of day.
What are the blood pressure categories?
For reference: optimal blood pressure is below 120/80 mmHg, normal is 120-129/80-84, high-normal is 130-139/85-89, then mild hypertension (140-159/90-99), moderate hypertension (160-179/100-109), and severe hypertension (180/110 and above). Below 90/60, it is considered low blood pressure. These thresholds are general guidelines and may vary by age, medical history, and your doctor's recommendations.
How can I get reliable readings?
Measure preferably while seated, in a quiet place, after 5 minutes of rest, with your arm supported at heart level, without having smoked, drunk coffee, or exercised in the previous 30 minutes. A single high reading isn't necessarily a sign of hypertension: the trend over several readings is what matters most.
This tool is for information only and is in no way a substitute for medical advice: only a healthcare professional can interpret your readings and make a diagnosis.
The calculation and tracking are done entirely in your browser: your readings are never sent to a server and disappear when you leave the page.
