How it works
Do you need to quickly settle between two options, or randomly pick a person among a group (who goes first, who pays the bill...)? Enter the number of flips you want and click "Flip the coin": each flip randomly lands on "heads" or "tails", with a tally of each outcome if you flip several at once.
Is the result really 50/50?
Yes, each flip has exactly a one-in-two chance of landing on "heads" or "tails": the flip relies on a random number generator, run locally in your browser.
Flips are computed entirely in your browser via WebAssembly — no data is sent to a server.
