Play two-player Connect Four on the same screen: click a column to drop a token. The first player to line up 4 tokens (horizontally, vertically, or diagonally) wins the round. No game data is sent to any server.

How it works
Connect Four is played on a vertical grid of 7 columns and 6 rows. Players take turns clicking a column to drop a token, which lands in the lowest available cell. The first to line up 4 tokens of their color wins the round.
How is a win detected?
After each move, the tool checks the 4 possible directions (horizontal row, vertical column, and both diagonals) around the token just placed and counts consecutive tokens of the same color in each direction. As soon as a line of 4 or more tokens is found, the game stops and the winning cells are highlighted.
Is there a good opening strategy?
Playing in the center of the grid usually offers the most alignment options (horizontal, vertical, and both diagonals), unlike the edge columns, which limit the possible combinations.
The game runs entirely in your browser with no network connection.
