Convert CSV to a JSON array of arrays
Convert a CSV to JSON as an array of arrays (each row becomes an array of text cells), useful for tools that don't expect named objects.
How it works
Unlike a classic CSV-to-JSON conversion, which produces an array of objects named by column, this tool produces a simple array of arrays of strings — the format expected by some chart, table, or import libraries that work with raw rows/columns instead of objects.
What's the difference from a classic CSV-to-JSON conversion (objects)?
A classic CSV-to-JSON conversion produces [{"name": "Alice", "age": "30"}, ...],
with keys named by column. Here, the result is
[["Alice", "30"], ...] — a simple nested array, without column names
associated with each value (unless you include the header row as the first entry).
What happens if I uncheck "Include header"?
The first CSV row (usually the column names) is simply omitted from the JSON result: only data rows starting from the second row are included.
100% local processing: the file is processed entirely in your browser via WebAssembly and never leaves your device.
