Validate CSV rows against rules

Define per-column validation rules (required, numeric type, regular expression, min/max range) to instantly spot invalid rows in a CSV.

Example:
Drop a .csv here, or paste its content below. 25 MB max.

How it works

Before importing a CSV into business software or a database, it's common to need quality checks: missing required fields, invalid email formats, out-of-range ages... Add one rule per column to control (required field, numeric type, min/max range, or custom regular expression), then run validation: every row that violates at least one rule is listed with details of each issue found.

Does an empty cell always trigger an error?

No, an empty cell is only flagged if the "required" rule is checked for that column. If it isn't, an empty cell passes the other checks (number, regex, range) without triggering an error.

Can I combine multiple constraints on the same column?

Yes, a single rule can combine "required", "must be a number", a min/max range, and a regular expression: all active constraints are checked for each row, and each unmet constraint is listed separately.

100% local processing: validation runs entirely in your browser; your CSV file is never sent to a server.
