How it works
This tool scans the GPX track points that include elevation (<ele>), calculates the cumulative distance between each point, then plots the corresponding elevation/distance curve directly in SVG.
The elevation profile lets you spot a route's climbs and descents at a glance — useful for planning a hike or a bike ride, or analyzing an activity you've already completed.
100% local processing: the analysis and chart are generated entirely in your browser via WebAssembly — your track is never sent to a server.
