How it works
Are you organizing an appointment, a webinar or a birthday party and want attendees to be able to add it to their calendar without manually re-entering the date and time? Fill in the title, a description, the location, and the start/end dates and times, then download the resulting .ics file. Sent by email or shared as an attachment, it opens directly in Google Calendar, Outlook or Apple Calendar and creates the event in one click, with all the details already filled in.
Does this file work with all calendars?
Yes: the iCalendar (.ics) format is an open standard recognized by almost all calendar apps (Google Calendar, Outlook, Apple Calendar, Thunderbird...), on both desktop and mobile.
Can I specify a time zone?
The entered dates are used as-is, in your device's time zone. If your recipients are in a different time zone, their calendar will automatically convert the displayed time according to their own settings.
Privacy: the .ics file is generated entirely in your browser via WebAssembly — your event's details are never sent to a server.
