Annotate an image (arrows, text, shapes)
Add arrows, rectangles, ellipses, lines, or text directly on your image by clicking and dragging on the preview. Ideal for explaining a screenshot or illustrating a procedure, without leaving your browser.
How it works
This tool displays your image in an interactive drawing area: choose a shape (arrow, rectangle, ellipse, line) or the text tool, set the color and thickness, then click and drag directly on the image to place each annotation. Once you are happy with the result, generate and download the final flattened image as a PNG.
Can I correct an annotation after placing it?
Annotations cannot be moved individually once placed, but the "Undo last annotation" button removes elements one by one in reverse order of addition, letting you quickly redo the last steps without starting over.
Do annotations work with touch on mobile or tablet?
Yes, drawing responds to both mouse and touch: drag your finger on the image to draw an arrow or shape, and simply tap the desired spot to place text.
100% local processing in your browser: your image and annotations never leave your device, no server upload occurs.
