How it works
Each social network imposes its own profile or page banner size, and a poorly cropped image ends up cut off or blurry. This tool crops your visual in "cover" mode: the image is scaled up then centered to exactly fill the chosen format without distortion, before overlaying a title on top if you want.
How is the image cropped without being distorted?
The tool calculates the scale factor needed for the image to fully cover the target frame in both width and height, then centers the result and cuts off the excess edges. Your photo's original ratio is therefore always preserved; only part of the edges may be trimmed.
Which format should I choose if my network isn't in the list?
Use the "Custom size" option and enter the exact width and height recommended by the target platform: the same cropping engine applies to any pixel dimension.
Your image stays on your device: the cropping and text are generated locally via the browser's Canvas API, with no upload to a server.
