4-Quadrant Mirror Collage

Transform a single photo into a symmetrical 4-quadrant collage: the original image, its horizontal mirror, its vertical mirror, and both mirrors combined, for a simple and graphic kaleidoscope effect.

How it works

Your image is reproduced 4 times in a 2x2 grid twice as large as the original: the top-left quadrant keeps the image as is, the top-right applies a horizontal mirror, the bottom-left a vertical mirror, and the bottom-right combines both mirrors, creating a complete central symmetry.

What type of image gives the best result?

Images with a pattern, texture, or centered subject (flower, face, symmetrical landscape) generally give the most aesthetic results, because the resulting symmetry highlights details repeated in the four corners of the collage.

Does the final collage have the same resolution as the original image?

The final collage is exactly twice the width and height of your source image (2x2 quadrants of the same size as the original), so its resolution is 4 times higher in number of pixels.
