Beautify a screenshot
Dress up your screenshot with a colored background, a soft drop shadow, and rounded corners to get a visual ready to publish in a presentation, website, or social media post. All rendering is computed in your browser.
How it works
A raw screenshot, pasted as-is into a blog post or a slide, often looks cold and abruptly cropped. This tool places your image on a gradient or solid background, adds breathing margin, rounds the corners, and casts a soft shadow beneath it — all recomputed live on an HTML canvas, without editing software.
What margin size should I choose for a balanced result?
For a screenshot intended for an article or documentation, a margin of 60 to 100px gives an airy result without reducing content readability too much. For a social media thumbnail where the image needs to stay large, prefer a thinner margin, around 30 to 50px.
Can I use this visual for a YouTube thumbnail or a LinkedIn post?
Yes, the generated PNG keeps the original size of your screenshot plus the added margin. If you need a specific format (YouTube thumbnail, LinkedIn banner...), then crop the result using one of our dedicated social media cropping tools.
No screenshot is sent anywhere: all rendering happens locally via your browser's Canvas API.
