How it works

A sprite sheet groups many small images (characters, icons, animation frames) into a single file, which simplifies loading them in a game or interface. Each imported image is resized to fit within a fixed-size square cell, then arranged in a grid according to the chosen number of columns.

In what order are the images placed in the grid?

Images are placed in the order they were selected or dropped, from left to right then top to bottom, respecting the specified number of columns. Select your files in the desired order to control the final layout.

How do I choose the right cell size?

The cell size must be large enough to contain your largest image without distorting it: each sprite is scaled while preserving its proportions and centered in its cell. Increase the cell size if your sprites appear too small or cropped.

Your images never leave your computer: the assembly is computed locally in your browser, with no upload to a server.
