Resize an image into a wallpaper
Import a photo and adapt it to the exact resolution of your desktop screen or phone, automatically cropped and centered with no distortion or black bars.
How it works
A poorly sized wallpaper appears either blurry (a too-small image stretched) or cropped haphazardly by the operating system. This tool enlarges your photo until it fully covers the chosen resolution, then centers it, to get a sharp render that fills the entire screen.
Which resolution should I choose if I don't know my screen's?
On a computer, Full HD (1920 x 1080) suits the vast majority of recent screens, while 4K is reserved for high-density displays. On phone, the offered resolutions correspond to the most common recent models; if in doubt, a resolution slightly higher than your actual screen isn't a problem.
Why does my photo lose a bit of sharpness after resizing?
If the original image is smaller than the target resolution, it must be enlarged, which can slightly reduce sharpness. For an optimal result, start with a photo whose resolution is equal to or greater than your screen's.
