Journal prompt generator
Draw a random reflective writing prompt to kick off your journaling session, sorted by theme (gratitude, goals, relationships, memories...).
Comment ton corps se sent-il en ce moment, et qu'essaie-t-il de te dire ?
How it works
Facing a blank page, it's often easier to write in response to a specific question than to start from nothing. Pick a theme (or leave "All categories" for a surprise) and draw a reflective question, then copy it into your paper or digital journal to start writing.
How often should I use a journaling prompt?
There's no fixed rule: some people write for a few minutes every morning, others only when they feel the need. What matters is a rhythm that works for you; even once or twice a week with a question drawn here is enough to build a habit of reflection.
What if a question makes me uncomfortable?
That's normal, some questions touch on more sensitive subjects: you can draw a new prompt at any time, or explore that discomfort in your journal if you feel up to it, with no obligation.
The questions are stored in the page's code: the draw happens locally, nothing is sent to a server, and what you write afterward stays entirely with you.
