Interactive JSON tree viewer
Paste JSON to explore it as a collapsible, expandable tree, with value types color-coded (strings, numbers, booleans, objects, arrays) so you can quickly see the structure of a complex document.
How it works
With a large JSON document (a nested API response, a complex configuration), it's often faster to navigate its structure visually than to read it line by line. Paste your JSON and click "Show tree": each object and array becomes a collapsible node, with a preview of the number of items it contains.
What do the value colors mean?
Each JSON value type has its own color: green for strings, blue for numbers, pink for booleans, gray for null, orange for objects and purple for arrays. This lets you spot at a glance, for example, that a field meant to be numeric is actually a string.
How do I collapse or expand specific branches?
Click the arrow to the left of an object or array to collapse or expand just that branch; the "Expand all" and "Collapse all" buttons act on the whole tree at once, which is useful for quickly focusing on a single section of a large document.
100% local processing: parsing and displaying the tree run entirely in your browser — your JSON never leaves your device.
