How it works
A nonprofit, a tradesperson or a small business needs a polished letterhead for official correspondence (quotes, invoices, administrative letters) without going through a graphic designer. Fill in the form with your name, tagline, address, contact details, optional logo and accent color, and the preview updates live. Once you're happy with the result, print the page or export it to PDF directly from your browser.
How do I get a PDF file instead of a paper printout?
Click “Print / Export to PDF”, then in your browser's print dialog, choose the “Save as PDF” destination (or “Microsoft Print to PDF” on Windows) instead of a physical printer. The generated PDF matches the preview exactly.
Does the logo need to be in a particular format?
All common image formats (PNG, JPG, SVG, WebP) are accepted. For a sharp print result, use a PNG or SVG logo with a transparent background rather than a compressed screenshot.
The logo and the information you enter stay on your device: nothing is sent to or stored on a server, including when printing.
