Does the profile photo cover part of the banner?
Yes. On desktop, the circular profile photo overlaps the bottom-left corner of the banner. Avoid placing text or an important logo there: put anything you want to stay visible in the center or the right half of the image.
What's the difference between a personal profile banner and a company page banner?
Both use the same 1584 x 396 px size, but the layout around the banner differs slightly (name, job title or logo, action buttons). The image generated here works for both; it's up to you to adapt the composition to where the profile information appears.
