LinkedIn post formatter

Write and format your LinkedIn posts with truly separated paragraphs and emoji bullets, while keeping an eye on the character limit and the "see more" truncation threshold. Your text stays entirely in your browser, nothing is sent to a server.

How it works

LinkedIn ignores consecutive blank lines in a post: if you simply press Enter twice to separate your paragraphs, they will be squeezed together when published. The "Insert paragraph break" button adds an invisible character (a zero-width space) on the blank line, which forces LinkedIn to keep the visual spacing between your paragraphs.

Why add emojis at the start of a line?

Emojis like ✅, 👉 or 💡 act as visual bullets to structure a post as a list, which LinkedIn doesn't natively allow with real bullets or numbers. This makes the text more readable and easier to skim quickly in the feed.

Why are there two different character limits?

LinkedIn allows up to 3000 characters for a full post, but only shows about the first 210 characters in the feed preview before adding a "see more" link. Pay special attention to your very first lines: they are what make people want to click to read the rest.

Your post draft is never sent to a server: formatting and character counting happen only in your browser.
