Meditation timer with interval bells

Set up a meditation session with a sound bell at regular intervals, so you can stay present without watching the clock. Everything is calculated and played right in your browser, with no account and no app to install.

How it works

This tool calculates a schedule of bells spaced at regular intervals over the length of your session, then lets you start a live timer that plays a sound at each interval and a final sound at the end. You can start, pause and reset the session at any time without leaving the page.

Why use interval bells rather than a single alarm at the end?

A regular bell (for example every 5 or 10 minutes) works as a gentle cue to check your posture or return to your breathing, without having to open your eyes to check the time. It's a common practice in guided meditation and body scans, where each interval can correspond to a new stage.

The sound doesn't play. What should I do?

Some browsers block sound until the user has interacted with the page. Click "Start" once to allow audio, make sure the tab isn't muted, and keep the tab open and active during the session so the timer keeps running normally.

This information is provided as a guide to help organize your meditation practice and does not replace the advice of a health professional if you are seeking support for stress, anxiety or a particular condition.

The schedule calculation and the timer playback run entirely in your browser: no data is sent to a server.
