Online memory card game
Find all the identical card pairs in a minimum number of moves and as fast as possible. The board is shuffled randomly for each new game, and everything is played locally in your browser.
How it works
Memory is a classic thinking game: all cards are face down, and you flip two at a time trying to find a matching pair. If the two cards match, they stay visible; otherwise, they flip back over after a short delay and you need to remember their position for your next try.
How does the difficulty level affect the game?
The more pairs there are to remember, the bigger the grid and the harder it becomes to recall the position of each symbol already seen. Easy mode (6 pairs, 12 cards) is suited for a quick game, while hard mode (12 pairs, 24 cards) requires real concentration.
Does the move counter count every card flipped?
No, a "move" corresponds to one complete attempt, meaning the flipping of two consecutive cards, whether or not they form a pair. It's this number of attempts, along with the elapsed time, that lets you compare your performance from one game to the next.
The game takes place entirely in your browser's memory: no score is sent to a server.
