How it works

The tool automatically assembles an opening statement ("I, the undersigned…"), your free text wrapped line by line to fit the page width, the standard closing "for all legal purposes", and then a signature block with the place and date. Everything is generated with the pdf-lib library directly in your browser.

Does an attestation generated here have legal value?

A sworn statement makes its signatory legally responsible once it is signed by hand (or with a certified electronic signature) by the person making it. This generator only produces the document layout: print it and sign it, or have the person concerned sign it, for it to carry evidentiary weight.

What is the difference between the three types?

The type you choose only changes the title shown at the top of the document ("Sworn statement", "Employment certificate" or "Attestation") to match its intended use; the body text remains entirely free, so you can adapt the content to your exact situation.

Can I write a very long text?

Yes, the attestation text has no length limit: if the content exceeds the height of an A4 page, the tool automatically adds a new page to continue the text without truncating it.
