Insert a blank page into a PDF

Choose after which page to insert a blank page (0 to insert it at the very beginning) and its size in millimeters.

Example:
0 = at the very beginning

How it works

Handy for preparing a document for double-sided printing (adding a blank page so the next chapter starts on an odd page), for leaving a notes page between two sections, or for meeting a required pagination. The blank page is created in the format you specify and inserted exactly where you choose, without modifying the other pages of the document.

What size should I choose for the blank page?

By default, the suggested size is that of an A4 page (210 x 297 mm), but you can enter any dimension in millimeters, for example US Letter (216 x 279 mm) to stay consistent with a document already in that format.

Can I insert several blank pages at once?

This tool inserts one page at a time. To add several, rerun the tool on the resulting file, changing each time the page number after which to insert the next one.

100% local processing: insertion is calculated entirely in your browser via WebAssembly — your PDF is never sent to a server.
