How it works
Fill in the form fields, then click "Generate PDF certificate". The tool builds a landscape A4 page with a decorative double-line border, the organization's name at the top, the certificate title, the recipient's name in very large type, the centered description text, and then a signature line with the date and place on the left and the signer's name and title on the right.
Can I print the generated certificate directly?
Yes, the PDF is in standard A4 and can be printed as is on a regular printer. For the best result, choose "landscape" orientation in the print options of your browser or PDF reader, since the document is laid out that way.
How do I adapt the description text to my situation?
The description field accepts any free text: replace "for successfully completing…" with the wording that fits your event, for example a mention of a module taken, a score achieved or participation in a contest. The text is automatically centered and wrapped over several lines if needed.
What if the recipient's name is too long to fit on one line?
The name is shown in very large type to give the certificate a formal look. If it's particularly long, use a short form (first and last name without extra titles) so it stays legible and well centered across the page width.
None of the information entered here (names, dates, organization) leaves your device: the PDF is composed entirely locally in your browser.
