How it works
A chore chart that everyone can see avoids misunderstandings about "who was supposed to do what". Depending on the mode you choose, each column represents either a person in the household (to split tasks among roommates or family members) or a day of the week (to track a recurring routine like taking out the trash).
What is the difference between "by member" and "by day" mode?
"By member" mode is for splitting fixed responsibilities among several people (each person checks off their task when it's done), while "by day" mode suits a routine where the same tasks come back every day of the week, no matter who does them.
Can I generate a chart with more than seven columns?
Yes, in "by member" mode just add more names to the list: the chart automatically recalculates the column widths so they all stay visible on the page in landscape format.
