PDF daily planner
Generate a daily page with an hourly timeline on the left to schedule your appointments, and a column on the right for your top priorities and your to-do list. The document is built locally, with nothing sent to a server.
How it works
Unlike a weekly planner, this page focuses on a single day so there is more room for each hour and its related tasks. The hourly timeline on the left is for blocking out appointments and work sessions, while the column on the right sets your priorities apart so they don't get lost in the to-do list.
Why limit priorities to three items?
It's a classic productivity technique: picking 1 to 3 realistic priorities per day helps you focus on what matters instead of piling up goals. Of course, you can enter more than three lines if your day calls for it.
Does the "To do" list have a fixed size?
No, it automatically fills all the remaining space below the priorities down to the bottom of the page, with as many checkboxes as will fit.
Your daily plan stays on your device: no data is sent when the PDF is generated.
