Export PDF form data
Upload a filled-in PDF form to extract all its field values to a CSV or JSON file you can use in a spreadsheet or other software. 100% local processing in your browser — your data never leaves your device.
How it works
This tool reads each field of the PDF form (technical name, type, currently entered value), displays it as a table, then generates a downloadable file in CSV (spreadsheet-compatible) or JSON (compatible with most data-processing tools) format, without ever sending your answers to a server.
The CSV file opens with misaligned columns in Excel, why?
The file uses a semicolon as the separator (a common convention for Excel in many European regions) instead of a comma. If your spreadsheet expects a comma by default, check the CSV import options or change the column separator in your software's regional settings.
Why does the export fail on some forms?
Some PDFs use advanced or non-standard field types (notably digital signature fields) that this tool can't always interpret correctly; in that case, a clear error message is shown rather than a partial or incorrect export.
100% local processing: reading and exporting the data happen entirely in your browser — your answers are never sent to a server.
