Optimize image quality in multiple PDFs

Do you have a batch of PDFs (scanned reports, case files) to slim down before printing or sending? Reduce the quality of the embedded images in all these files in a single operation, without processing them one by one.

How it works

Each uploaded file is processed one after the other with the same image quality setting, exactly as our PDF image quality reducer tool would, but without having to repeat the operation file by file. An individual download link is generated for each optimized file, along with a summary of the total size saved across the whole batch.

Can I apply a different setting to each file?

No, the same quality level applies to all files in the batch in a single pass. For different settings depending on the document, process them in groups (first select the files that need heavy compression, then the others).

What happens if one of the files fails (password-protected, corrupted)?

Processing continues normally for the other files: only the failed file shows an error message on its row, without blocking the optimization of the rest of the batch.

100% local processing in your browser (WebAssembly) — your files are never sent to a server, even in batch mode.
