How it works
The tool adds up the total of each line (quantity × unit price excl. VAT) to obtain the subtotal excl. VAT, applies the stated VAT rate to obtain the VAT amount, then adds the two together for the total incl. VAT. The PDF is composed directly in your browser with the pdf-lib library, without going through a server.
Can I add as many lines as I want?
Yes, click "Add a line" as many times as needed. If the number of lines exceeds the space available on an A4 page, the tool automatically creates an additional page to continue the table cleanly.
Is the legal late-payment notice mandatory?
In France, the notice on late-payment penalties and the flat-rate collection fee is in principle mandatory on invoices between professionals. Check the corresponding box to include it automatically at the bottom of the document; uncheck it if your case doesn't require it or if you're invoicing an individual.
Can I use this generator for an invoice with several VAT rates?
This tool applies a single VAT rate to all lines. If you're invoicing services at different VAT rates, generate several separate invoices or calculate the amounts manually before entering them in the fields.
None of the information entered here (name, address, amounts, IBAN) leaves your device: the invoice is assembled and downloaded entirely client-side.
