How it works
A paper kanban board is still useful when a whole team doesn't have access to the same digital tool, or for personal use on a wall or fridge. This generator prints three columns in landscape format, with your tasks already sorted and empty cards for adding new items as you go, with sticky notes or a pen.
How do I move a card from one column to another on paper?
On a printed board, the simplest way is to cross out the task in its old column and rewrite it in a blank box in the new column, or to use removable sticky notes placed over the boxes so you can physically move them.
Can I create several boards for different projects?
Yes, just run the tool again with a new title and new tasks for each project: each generation produces an independent PDF that you can print and display separately.
