PDF label sheet generator

Generate a sheet of adhesive labels ready to print on an A4 page (2x8, 3x8 or 4x10 formats, Avery-style), with a different text on each line or the same text repeated. The PDF file is calculated entirely in your browser, with no data sent to a server.

Example:
If you enter only one line, it will be duplicated according to the number below until the sheet is full. Otherwise, each line becomes a label.

How it works

The tool calculates a grid of cells laid out on an A4 page according to the chosen format (number of columns and rows), respecting page margins and a small gap between labels. The text in each cell is centered and automatically wrapped if it is too long for the available width.

Which sheet format should I choose for store-bought adhesive sheets?

The 3x8 format (24 labels, about 70 x 37 mm) is the most common for standard address labels. The 2x8 format (16 labels) suits larger labels, while 4x10 (40 labels) is suited to small labels such as barcodes or product names. Always check the dimensions of your physical adhesive sheets before printing.

What happens if I have more lines than labels available on one page?

If your text contains several different lines and they exceed the capacity of a single page (for example more than 24 lines in 3x8 format), the tool automatically creates as many additional A4 pages as needed to include them all.

Can I add a QR code to each label?

Yes, check the dedicated option: a QR code encoding the text of the first label is generated and placed to the left of the text in each cell. This is useful for inventory tracking or traceability labels that you want to scan quickly.

No data sent: the layout and PDF generation happen entirely on the client side, in your browser.
