PDF meal planner
Generate a weekly meal grid (lunch, dinner, and optionally breakfast or snack) to print and stick on the fridge, with a few meals pre-filled if you like. None of your eating habits are sent to a server.
How it works
Planning meals ahead reduces food waste and makes the shopping list easier. This grid shows days as columns and meal types as rows, with the option to pre-fill meals you've already decided on and leave the other cells empty to fill in with a dry-erase marker or a pen.
How do I pre-fill a specific meal using the text field?
Write one line per meal in the format Day slot: dish, for example Mercredi soir: Roast chicken. Day names and slots are the French keywords (Lundi, Mardi…; "midi" for lunch and "soir" for dinner), and only the "midi" and "soir" slots are recognized for pre-filling; breakfast and snack have to be filled in by hand.
Can I print the grid with no pre-filled meals?
Yes, leave the pre-fill field empty: you'll get a completely blank grid, ready to fill in during your meal planning session.
Your weekly menu stays private: the grid is generated directly in your browser, with nothing sent to a server.
