Printable PDF place cards

List your guests' names and generate tent-fold place cards, ready to cut out and fold in the middle, 8 per A4 page.

Example:

How it works

Each place card is a rectangle divided by a dotted fold line in the middle: fold along this line to get a tent card that stands on the table, with the name visible on the top face. 8 cards fit on one A4 page.

In what order are the place cards printed?

In the exact order you entered the names, from the top to the bottom of the list. Reorder your list before generating the PDF if you want a specific table order.

Can I add a table number next to the name?

Add it directly in the name field, for example Sophie Martin — Table 3: the full text of the line is used as is on the card.
