How it works
A paper planner is still handy for seeing a whole week at a glance, without juggling between screens. This tool draws a grid with regular time slots as rows and the days of the week as columns, to fill in by hand to organize appointments, classes or tasks.
How many slots can I show before it becomes unreadable?
With 30- or 60-minute slots over a range from 8 AM to 8 PM, each cell stays large enough to write a keyword. 15-minute slots over a long time range produce thinner rows: prefer that option for a very detailed planner covering half a day rather than the whole day.
Can I generate a custom planner for professional use?
Yes, adjust the start and end times to match your actual working hours, and exclude the weekend if your planner only covers working days.
