Create a simple, clean payment receipt, with the amount displayed large and the essential details (payer, reason, payment method, date). The document is generated directly in your browser: no payment information is sent to a server.
How it works
The tool lays out an A5 page with a clean border, the amount displayed in very large type in the center, then a summary sentence "Received from [payer] for [reason]" and a block of structured details (issuer, payer, payment method, date). This compact format works just as well for a receipt handed over in person as for one sent by email.
Does this receipt have the same legal value as an invoice?
No, a payment receipt simply certifies that a sum was received for a given reason; it doesn't replace an invoice with the full legal mentions (VAT number, terms of sale, etc.) required for transactions between businesses. Use this tool for one-off payments, deposits, membership fees or services between individuals.
Can I generate several receipts in a row for different payers?
Yes, after downloading a first receipt, just change the fields (payer name, amount, receipt number) and click "Generate the PDF receipt" again: each generation produces a new, independent downloadable file, with no history kept between generations.
How do I pick the right receipt number to stay consistent over time?
We recommend a continuous, unique numbering scheme, for example "REC-2026-001", "REC-2026-002", and so on, so you can easily find each payment in your accounting records. The tool doesn't check that the number is unique, so it's up to you to keep track of this on your side.
The payment information entered in this form stays local to your browser and doesn't pass through any external server while the receipt is generated.
