How it works

Each staff is made of five parallel horizontal lines, evenly spaced according to the value you enter. The tool repeats as many staves as requested on an A4 page, respecting the vertical spacing you chose between staves, and stops automatically if they don't all fit on the page.

What if my staves don't all fit on one page?

Reduce the spacing between the lines of a staff or the spacing between staves, or generate several sheets with fewer staves each time: this generator produces a single page per PDF.

Is this sheet suitable for writing scores for several instruments?

It provides plain, blank staves (no clef and no automatic multi-instrument brace); the brace option adds a simple vertical line at the start of each staff, which you can customize by hand to suit your needs (piano, choir, orchestra).
