PDF shipping label generator

Create a standard-size shipping label (100 x 150 mm) in seconds, with sender/recipient addresses, a package reference and an optional tracking QR code. The whole PDF is generated locally in your browser; no data is sent to a server.

Example:

How it works

The tool builds a PDF page in the standard carrier size (100 x 150 mm) with a clean border, the sender's address in small type at the top, the recipient's address in large type in the center for quick reading, and the package information at the bottom. You can then print the label directly on a thermal printer or on a regular A4 sheet.

Does the QR code work with any scanner?

Yes, the QR code simply encodes the text of your package reference as a raw string: it can be read by any generic scanning app or handheld scanner. If your carrier requires a specific barcode format (Code128, EAN...), this generator is not suitable and you will need the carrier's own tool.

Can I use this label for an international shipment?

The label contains the full addresses and a reference, but it does not replace the customs documents (commercial invoice, CN23 declaration) required for some shipments outside the European Union. Check your carrier's requirements before shipping.

How do I print the label at the right size?

The generated PDF is exactly 100 x 150 mm. When printing, choose "actual size" or "100%" in the print options rather than "fit to page", to avoid any scaling that would shift the QR code or the text.

Privacy guaranteed: the PDF and QR code are generated entirely in your browser (WebAssembly) — your addresses never pass through a server.
