PDF timesheet
Enter your hours day by day to get a weekly timesheet as a PDF, with automatic calculation of hours worked per day and the weekly total. All data entry and document generation stay local to your browser.

How it works
For each day, the tool calculates the duration between the start time and end time, then subtracts the break you entered in minutes to get the hours actually worked. The weekly total adds up the hours of all the days you filled in and appears on a dedicated row at the bottom of the PDF table.
What happens if I enter an end time before the start time?
The tool refuses to generate the PDF and shows an error message specifying the date concerned: an end time must always be later than the start time so that a positive number of hours can be calculated.
How do I handle a day with several breaks?
Add up the total duration of all the day's breaks (lunch, coffee breaks, etc.) and enter the sum in minutes in the "Break" field of that row; the calculation of hours worked will account for it as a whole.
Can I track a period longer than one week?
Yes, add as many days as needed with the "Add a day" button and adjust the "Week from / to" dates to reflect the actual period covered; the table automatically extends over several pages if needed.
Your hours are never transmitted anywhere other than your own browser: the calculation and PDF export happen without any connection to an external server.
