How it works
The checklist comes pre-filled with realistic tasks sorted by period (12 months before, 6 months before, 1 month before, wedding week), but you can change everything: rename a category, add or remove tasks, or create your own categories from scratch. The final PDF shows each task preceded by an empty checkbox that you can tick by hand as you plan.
Can I reorganize the categories or start from an empty list?
You can delete all the pre-filled categories with the "Remove category" button, then use "Add a category" to build your own fully customized layout, for example by theme (ceremony, reception, attire, vendors) rather than by deadline.
What happens if my task list is very long?
The PDF automatically extends over several pages if needed: as soon as a category or task no longer fits in the space left on the current page, the tool adds a new page and keeps drawing the checkboxes there, never truncating your list.
Are the checkboxes interactive in the PDF?
No, they are small squares drawn in the document, meant to be ticked by hand after printing or with a PDF reader that supports annotations. This is intentionally simple to guarantee identical output on every printer and device.
Your task list and personal information stay on your device: the checklist is composed and turned into a PDF entirely in your browser, with nothing sent to a server.
