PDF workout log

Generate a session tracking sheet with your exercises in rows and set columns to fill in (weight/reps), plus a notes column. Handy for the gym, with no app or account: everything is calculated in your browser.

Example:

How it works

Recording every set of every exercise lets you track your load progression over time, which is the basis of progressive overload in strength training. This generator creates a table with one column per set, to fill in at the gym with the weight and reps you completed.

How many set columns can I show without it getting too cramped?

Up to 6 sets fit comfortably on a portrait A4 page. Beyond that, the columns become narrow: in that case, it is better to generate two separate sheets (for example one for heavy lifts and one for accessory work) rather than cram everything onto a single page.

How do I record both weight AND reps in a single cell?

The most common convention is to write the two separated by a slash, for example "60kg / 8", by hand directly in the cell for the set you performed.

Your workout performance is never transmitted: the sheet is generated locally, with no connection to a server.
