How it works
Already have your own list, such as team members' names to assign tasks, restaurant ideas, raffle tickets or presentation topics for a class, and just want a fair random draw? Paste each item on its own line, choose how many to pick, and let the generator sort it out completely at random.
What is the difference between drawing "without repeats" and "with repeats"?
Without repeats, each item can only be drawn once (useful for splitting up tasks or drawing a speaking order). With repeats, the same item can come up several times (useful for simulating an independent draw each time, like a die with custom faces).
What does the "Shuffle the whole list" option do?
It shows all your items in a random order without removing any, handy for setting a random speaking order or arranging a list of participants in an unpredictable sequence.
Your list is never sent to a server: shuffling and drawing happen entirely in your browser.
