Random Number Generator
Generate a list of random numbers between a minimum and a maximum, with or without duplicates.
How it works
Useful for drawing a winner from a numbered list (a contest, a raffle, assigning an order), for choosing lottery numbers, or for quickly generating test data for a dataset or a script. Enter how many values to generate, the min/max range, and whether duplicates are allowed, then click "Generate".
What happens if I uncheck "Allow duplicates" with too small a range?
If the number of values requested exceeds the number of possible values in the chosen range (for example requesting 10 unique values between 1 and 5), the tool displays a clear error rather than producing an incomplete or incorrect result: widen the range or reduce the number of values requested.
Are the generated numbers really random?
The numbers are generated with a standard pseudo-random generator, unpredictable enough for common uses (draws, games, test data). This is not, however, a cryptographic generator: avoid using it to produce keys or secrets that require cryptographic-grade security.
Privacy: generation happens entirely in your browser via WebAssembly — no data is sent to a server.
