Random number list generator
Generate a list of random integers between a minimum and maximum value, with or without duplicates, sorted or not. Cryptographically secure generation through the browser's secure API, and no data is sent to a server.
How it works
Useful for a prize draw, a statistical sample or generating test data, this tool produces a list of integers in the chosen range, relying on the browser's crypto.getRandomValues cryptographic API rather than the standard Math.random() function, which is less reliable for truly unpredictable draws.
What is the difference between "with" and "without duplicates"?
With duplicates allowed, each number is drawn independently and can appear several times in the list (like successive dice rolls). Without duplicates, each value can appear only once, which matches a lottery draw or the random selection of several distinct winners, for example.
Why can generation fail without duplicates?
If you ask for more unique numbers than the range contains (for example 50 unique numbers between 1 and 20), the request is mathematically impossible: widen the min/max range or reduce the quantity requested.
100% local processing: the numbers are drawn directly by your browser through the secure cryptographic API, with no data sent.
