Extract a chapter or section from a large document

Useful when you've received a report, an ebook, or a contract of dozens or hundreds of pages, but only need a specific part: a chapter to send to a colleague, the signed pages of a contract, or the technical appendix of a file. Import the full PDF, specify the first and last page of the section you're interested in, then generate a new file containing only that range — without resending or republishing the entire document.

How do I know the page count before choosing the range?

As soon as you import the file, the tool automatically displays the total number of pages in the document. You can then use this number to enter the correct end bound without having to open the PDF in another program beforehand.

Can I extract several ranges at once?

No, each extraction covers a single page range (from "from page" to "to page") and produces a single downloadable file. If you need several distinct excerpts from the same document, simply repeat the operation with a different range each time.

The split is performed 100% locally in your browser (WebAssembly): the content of your document is never transmitted to a server.
