Watermark images (batch)
Apply a semi-transparent watermark to one or more images in a single operation.
Note: this version applies a pattern of semi-transparent diagonal bands influenced by the entered text, rather than text drawn character by character (rendering text would require an additional embedded font).
Why watermark your photos?
Before publishing photos on an online portfolio, a social network, or a photo marketplace, adding a watermark discourages unauthorized reuse of your images: someone who copies the photo also gets the visual mark identifying it as belonging to you, which makes commercial reuse harder to pass off unnoticed. Batch processing lets you mark all the photos from a shoot at once before distribution.
Does the watermark display my exact text spelled out?
No, not currently: this version applies a pattern of semi-transparent diagonal bands whose look is influenced by the entered text, rather than text drawn character by character with a font. Rendering readable glyphs would require embedding an additional font in the tool, which isn't the case yet.
Can I adjust the watermark's opacity?
Yes, the opacity slider lets you adjust the intensity of the applied pattern, from very subtle to very pronounced, depending on whether you just want to discourage copying or make the watermark clearly visible.
100% local processing: your images are processed entirely in your browser via WebAssembly, and are never sent to a server.
