Add a watermark to a PDF
Add a diagonal watermark text on every page of your document. 100% local processing in your browser (WebAssembly) — your file never leaves your device.
Mark a document before distribution
Adding a "DRAFT" or "CONFIDENTIAL" watermark to a PDF is common practice before sending a work-in-progress version to colleagues or partners internally: it prevents an unfinished version from being mistaken for the final document, or visually reminds people of the sensitive nature of a contract, report, or memo currently circulating.
Is the watermark visible when printed?
Yes, the watermark is embedded directly in the content of each page of the PDF (rather than overlaid on display only), so it appears both on screen and when printed.
Can I change the color or position of the watermark?
Not for now: only the watermark text is customizable. The color (light semi-transparent gray), size, and position (centered, at a 45° diagonal) are fixed on every page of the document.
