How it works

How is the size of each word calculated?
The tool counts the occurrences of each word in the text, then calculates a proportional size between the lowest and highest retained frequencies: the most frequent word is shown in the largest font size, and the least frequent words in the smallest.
Why exclude common words like "the" or "of"?
These words (called stopwords) appear very often in any text without giving any information about its subject. Excluding them highlights the words that are truly meaningful in the analyzed content rather than grammatical words.
