YouTube description generator
Fill in the structured fields (summary, chapters, links, social networks, hashtags) to compose a complete, well-organized YouTube description, ready to copy into your video. No data is sent to a server; everything is assembled in your browser.
How it works
A well-structured YouTube description improves both the viewer experience (links and chapters are easy to find) and the video's visibility in search results. Fill in each section (summary, chapters, links, social networks, hashtags): the tool automatically assembles a clean text, with emojis as visual markers, ready to paste into the description field in YouTube Studio.
How many hashtags should I use in a YouTube description?
YouTube recommends using no more than about fifteen hashtags per video: beyond that, the platform ignores all of them. Stick to 3 to 5 truly relevant hashtags rather than a long generic list, so you don't hurt the readability of your description.
Do chapters have to start at 00:00 to work?
Yes, YouTube only enables the chapter navigation bar if the first timestamp starts exactly at 00:00 and at least three chapters are listed, each at least 10 seconds apart.
The text you type stays local: nothing is sent to a server, and the description is composed directly in your browser.
